Our experience extends beyond consulting. We have built and operated home care agencies in Connecticut and Massachusetts, giving us firsthand understanding of the challenges new agency owners face—from navigating state requirements and developing policies to hiring caregivers, establishing operations, and preparing to serve clients.
Together, we bring 18+ years of healthcare and geriatric experience, a Master’s in Health Administration, and real-world home care agency ownership and operational experience to the work we do.
We created Home Care Success Consulting to make the journey clearer for others. Rather than simply handing clients a course, checklist, or collection of templates, we work alongside them with personalized, hands-on, done-for-you support from startup through launch.

Dee is the founder and lead consultant of Home Care Success Consulting and the owner of an established non
medical home care agency in Connecticut. She brings over 18 years of nursing and healthcare experience,
including geriatric care. Her professional background and firsthand experience as an agency owner shape her
commitment to quality, professionalism, organization, and responsible home care operations.
Dee has direct experience with home care agency startup, Connecticut registration, policy and procedure
development, caregiver hiring and onboarding, client documentation, daily operations, compliance preparation,
and business growth. She created Home Care Success Consulting to provide aspiring and existing agency
owners with practical guidance, professional resources, and organized operating systems that support a strong
business foundation.
As lead consultant, Dee guides clients through each stage of the process using a hands-on, step-by-step
approach. Her goal is to help agency owners understand not only what their businesses need but also how to
implement and use those systems confidently in real-world operations.
